Water aerobics is excellent exercise and it's great for all levels of fitness! Especially individuals who are just starting out, you can avoid some of the injuries people sustain when they try to do too much too fast. Water aerobics is a great alternative for individuals who have issues with their joints, too. Besides being more comfortable, it's a great way to get your heart rate up for heart health.
